Drawing the Line of the Law – the Power of Art in the Street
Keynote Presentation by Dr Lucy Finchett-Maddock (UK)

Dr Lucy Finchett-Maddock is one of the founders of the influential Art/Law Network. She works on themes of resistance, aesthetics and the dynamic relationship between art and law. In her keynote, she will discuss the powerful ways street art and graffiti demonstrate the role of law within dissident artworks, and how this can be both disempowering, and empowering, for those creating and enjoying the works.
